Having a custom wedding gown has many benefits! First, you get the exact look you want in the entire gown. Second, because the gown is made for your body, you don't need to worry about altering the look of the gown when it is altered. Lastly, you wont need to pay for alterations.

My process is simple. After I see and hear what it is that you want, I will draw out the gown, suit, or romper to show you. We will make edits together. This is the time to tell me if you want to add any extras; from hidden pockets to removable trains. Anything goes and can be made for you to your specifications.

Then we do your measurements according to the gown you choose. If you are not local then I would suggest going to your local tailor. They will take the measurements that I give you a list for. They may charge a small fee. Your measurements tell me how many yards of fabric I need to achieve your look.

Next, I go shopping. I have found that Etsy has some amazing laces that can not be found locally. Some of these can take four to six weeks to arrive but I have been very happy with the quality I have received. If you are up for a trip to Los Angeles, I would love the company. I get most of my materials down town. I have relationships with specific stores and get the best quality fabrics. Fabrics can range anywhere from $4.00 a yard to $160 or more depending on embellishment. This is why I give an estimate before I shop after doing some research. I will not surprise you with hidden fees.

Please note, you can change your design at any time, however, after you sign off on the first design I charge $45.00 an hour for any of those changes from the original design.

I am a perfectionist. I have found that making a sample gown with your measurements out of cotton for you to try on first saves time and money. I will have you try it on for me either here or over zoom to check the fit. Then you can return it to me and it will serve as your pattern. I like to take videos as I work so that you can see the progress of your gown in real time. The time it takes me to finish a gown depends on how much hand stitching needs to be done. A heavily embellished gown typically takes 2 to  3 weeks.

When everything is finished I will bring the gown to you if possible or will have it shipped to you.

I am also happy to do custom veils, and wedding party outfits for all. Please let me know how I can help out with your fabulous day.

My business is new. I'm still working on advertising that custom gowns are an option for everyone. I would love reviews and word of mouth is the greatest compliment.
